Ingredients:

  • 30ml Tack Room Rhubarb & Blood Orange Gin
  • 30ml Martini Extra Dry Vermouth
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 22.5ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml Pasteurised egg white (or egg white substitute)
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Raspberry to float in centre of drink

Method

  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  • Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
