6 Autumn Cocktails are:
- Golden Orchard Gin & Tonic
Base: Contemporary London Dry Gin (or your classic dry gin)
Why it works: This is a grown-up twist on that favourite G&T. The crispness of the gin meets autumn’s orchard vibes.
Recipe
- 50 ml Tack Room Contemporary London Dry
- 25 ml apple cider (fresh pressed preferably)
- 100 ml premium tonic water

Method
- Fill a large balloon or copa glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin and apple cider, stir gently.
- Top with tonic.

- 50 ml Tack Room Bison Grass Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice

- 75 ml Timms Summer Cup

- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- Top with soda or sparkling water
- Garnish: apple slices and a cinnamon stick
Method
- Make a spiced apple infusion: gently warm apple cider with a cinnamon stick, 2 cloves and one star anise; let cool, strain.
- In a glass over ice, pour Timms, add lemon and spiced apple infusion.
- Top with soda (or sparkling water) to lengthen.
- Garnish with apple slices + cinnamon stick.

- 20 ml apple cider
- 10 ml maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Big ice cube
- Garnish: orange peel, dehydrated apple slice
Method
- In a mixing glass, add vodka, cider, maple, bitters. Add ice and stir well (20–30 seconds).
- Strain into rocks glass with large cube.
- Express orange peel, garnish with dried apple.
